Phillips past president of the Mint Canyon Chamber of Commerce, third from right, cut ribbon. From left are Guy Price, D. P. Loomis, president; Kenneth Lynch, Mrs. Dorothy Schaefer, Dr. Phillips, Gene Rinaldi, manager and Joseph Kramer industrialist." Loomis is president of the San Fernando Valley Commercial and Savings Bank.
