Description
For the majority of the interview, Frances talks about being a good leader. For example, Frances discusses the importance of holding true to one’s values as well as embracing change to be an effective leader. Frances also discusses her work with Peter F. Drucker and highlights the importance that Drucker place in challenging the status quo by constantly revisiting one’s mission and goals as leader. In addition, Frances discusses her work with the Drucker Institute to foster educational partnerships and social programs that help people live better. Near the end of the interview, Frances also talks about her work as director of the Girl Scouts of America and how the implementation of leadership and social justice training in their programs.
