Photograph article dated April 24, 1956 partially reads, "Tonight Mrs. Billye Elvington, district president of District 16 and past noble grand of San Fernando Rebekah Lodge 348, will be honored at 8 p.m. with a reception. Mrs. Lena Ball, district deputy marshal of District 16, is general chairman of the reception, slated for Fraternal Hall at 1024 1/2 San Fernando Rd."
