Description
Callan Pinckney discusses her book, “Callanetics.” She begins by explaining how her book is designed to give women a younger looking body. She shows before and after pictures of people who have done her workout. She talks about her extensive travels backpacking throughout Europe. Pinckney demonstrates upper arm exercises that tone the underside of the arm. She talks about her personal experiences with scoliosis, and how she developed Callanetics to help her with posture and strength. She ends the interview by showing pictures from the book on how to do the exercises.
