Description
Saigon: American civilian holds hands of his daughters as they stroll in downtown Saigon 10/29 after buying S. Vietnamese national flags. New government decree calls for all South Vietnamese citizens from the Mekong Delta to the far northern section of the country to display the ensigns on homes, motor vehicles and in offices 11/1 (National Day), ostensibly noting the ninth anniversary of the overthrow of the regime of Pres. Ngo Dinh Diem.
