Description
Photograph of storage area for the Pacific R & H Chemical Company, showing men standing near central building, El Monte, October 1924. At center, a large rectangular structure standing adjacent to a smaller building on the right can be seen. Two square entrances are visible on the large structure. A large group of cylindrical containers can be seen sitting between the two entrances. To the immediate left of the containers, two men are visible looking at the group of objects. Above the building's entrance, a panel of windows can be seen on the frontal face of the building. Four of the visible windows are open, and several more open windows can be seen on the side of the building to the left. To the right of the large building, a smaller building is visible with two large automobiles parked near the structure. To the left of the automobiles, a small stepladder lies against the wall of the building near a large open window. A man is seen standing in the frame of the window peering into the interior of the structure. To the far right of the image a large tree is seen. In the immediate foreground to the left, a small section of a track is visible.
