Description
Survey of an L-shpaed, one-story house of stucco with a tile roof. The house was built in 1930 for Everett Lyles and his family. Lyles worked as a shoemaker on Yale Avenue in the Village. At the time of the survey the house was owned by David Davies, head librarian at the Claremont Colleges.
