Day Woodford of the architectural firm Woodford and Bernard, designers." The article partially reads "Pacific Telephone's information and business office in North Hollywood has been given an honor award as one of 39 examples in the United States and Canada of outstanding architectural design at low cost." The building is at 11270 Magnolia Boulevard.
