Description
In 1928 Walker and Eisen designed the Oviatt Building, located 617 South Olive Street, as the headquarters of Alexander & Oviatt. This Art Deco building features a penthouse suite built for owner Oviatt, and is Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #195.
