Photograph caption dated September 21, 1959 reads, "Albert E. Neff, right, oldest active businessman in West Van Nuys Rotary, accepts keys to 1925 Buick given him by club honoring his 80th birthday. As Hal Burroughs, center, club president, waves Neff into car, program chairman Fred Kimball hands over keys to car which, incidentally, won't run."
