Workers are seen dismantling tracks at Overland and Culver Boulevard in Culver City. This was preceded by formal ceremony given by City Mayor Richard Alexander, as Southern Pacific Railroad District Manager Ronny Hawk, and a small crowd of press and onlookers watched. Photograph dated January 26, 1978.
