Description
Dedication of Public Safety Building at 400 West Broadway (which also houses Fire Station Number 1 on the Magnolia Avenue side of the building). Officials stand before entrance and hold up large mock keys with their names and positions, including William Dovey, Chief of Police (left); Frank S. Sandeman, Fire Chief (in uniform, second from left); James Starr, City Prosecutor (middle); and Joseph R. Laird, Jr., City Defender (second from right); along with unidentified official, right.
