Photograph article dated July 10, 1962 partially reads, "The second annual Pot-O-Gold shoot had an $81,000 cash and prize pot. The top payoff went to Palo Verdes [sic] shooter Dewayne Moore who fired a 194 score in the registered two-day claybird event. His take was $7,500 cash and the champ's crown for 1962 at Golden Valley." Seen in the photograph, left to right, are Howard Kaslin, Golden Valley Gun Club president, shooting enthusiast Lois Lea, and Dewayne Moore, winner of the claybird event.
