Description
A DAY FOR THE YOUNG - "The Cat and the Fiddle" "The Cow Jumpled Over the Moon," Peter Pan," "Captain Hook" and a host of other themes and celebrities from the world of make believe paraded up J and down K streets today in the form of giant baloon marking the Capital City's 17th Annual Balloon Parade. Wide-eyed children lined the downtown streets to see colorful and massive balloons shaped into fantasy characters. The parade, which has become a hliday tradition, was sponsored by the Sacramento Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Association.
