When his brother got drafted, there was tension and a political split among Tim's family since his mother was an antiwar activist while his father was a World War II veteran who left school in order to join the military. Despite of all the disagreements, Tim's brother wasn't called to serve since his father used his connections to stop him from joining the Army. Furthermore, as a kid, Tim experienced traumas when he witnessed his friend's father and his neighbor being missed during and after the war. [Profile bio]
