Nine men, including Talbot, 31, were arrested after it was discovered that they were smuggling marijuana packed in hermetically sealed cans from Mexico and distributing it here among Hollywood celebrities. Talbot, also known as Victor C. Sanders, of 4834 Brooklyn Avenue, is a doorman at a Sunset Strip cafe frequented by Hollywood elite.
