Photograph caption dated January 15, 1959 reads "Dr. Frederick Steinbeck and Atty. D. Wendell Reid appear in court with Mrs. Melvin Stanbridge and her son, Gary Ray. Physician claims he was held up for 20 minutes by police for minor traffic violation in going to hospital to deliver Gary."
