From left are Albert Zoraster, committee member; Kenneth Mock, resident engineer; Milt Stark, public relations representative for State Division of Highways; Herbert Belford, construction engineer, and Lee Tripp, committee chairman. Group toured freeway to determine progress and set opening date of two new sections for April 5."
