Photograph of an exterior view of the Laughlin Theatre, Long Beach, ca.1930. The two-story building with a four-story tower can be seen at center. The tower has a dome on top and a sign on the top reading, "Laughlin Tower". Shops with cloth awnings can be seen next to the theatre, while three pedestrians can be seen on the sidewalk at left. An automobile can be seen parked in front of the theatre at right. The road can be seen in the foreground at right, which curves to the left around the theatre building. Legible signs, from left to right, include: "$50,000 Stock", "St. George Apartments", "America Dye Works", "Mc[...] V[...] S[...]", "Coca Cola", "Clarks For Drugs".
