Photograph caption dated March 24, 1989 reads, "Police and tow-truck driver try to figure out what to do with a Ford Torino station wagon after its driver rammed a Hollywood apartment building in the 7100 block of Franklin Avenue this morning. It took an hourlong tug of war to free the car. The driver suffered only a scratch."
