Description
Describes lease terms beginning January 1, 1937, ending December 31, 1937 for 15 acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro east of Western Avenue. The land is subject to survey and the lease "shall not be recorded or offered for record." Rental payment is noted to be paid with a balance of $108.33 on September 1, 1937. A portion of the text referring to subletting is stricken and replacement text has been added at the end of the lease. The replacement text refers to subletting and alien land laws. The lease is signed by the company and lessee.
