Description
Number 379 on back of tube. According to a 1946 datasheet for the 354, this is a radiation-cooled triode, available in different amplification factors. Filament voltage is 5; filament current is 10. There is a label on the back of the tube indicating the tube was returned by Globe Wireless on April 4, 1944, rejection reason reads, "OKAY."
