Handing out kits is Mrs. Arthur Lawrence, seated, residential chairman for Canoga Park. Red Feather section chairmen are, from left, Mmes. Howard Apfel, Ernest E. Dunn, Ernest Mayer and Byron Dening. Similar campaigns are being conducted in 20 other Valley communities."
