"A Prime Rib Dinner, priced at 4.50 per person tax and tip, includes the following: Tossed Green Salad, Assorted Relishes, Italian Salami & Cheese, Choice Prime Ribs of Beef Au Jus, Potatoe & Vegetable, Roll & Butter, Dessert & Coffee..." A handwritten note indicates Muller sent the same letter to Lt. Gov. Floyd Hoover.
