Exterior view of the third location of the San Pedro City Hall. This Classical Revival style building, designed by F.E. Allen of Pasadena, cost $40,000 to build and was located on Beacon between Wall and 5th streets. A rail yard and the Los Angeles Harbor are visible in the background on the right.
