Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph article dated December 7, 1960 quotes bachelorette flight attendant, Pat Launders, "'I want a wanderer with a brain,' she said. 'He can have an indoors job but he's got to have an outdoors heart. So far, with every man I've known, I could picture 50 years ahead, seeing myself and him and our life together. That's not good.' ...A lot of the stewardesses marry pilots but that solution causes Pat to lift an eyebrow, 'Marry a pilot? I call it incest.'"
