In the mid-ground on the right of the image are three sets of oxen drawn carts piled with bales of cotton. There are a large amount of felled trees in the mid-ground on the left of the image in front of the buildings and processed timber stored in the open-sided huts on the right of the image. Each cart is lead by eight oxen and carries eight large bales of cotton.
