Andresen, pasteur Abela (instituteur)" ("Catechist school, students and teachers Toliara 1922-1923. Teachers sitting: Miss Aralina, Mrs. K. Fagereng, Mrs. M. Andresen, pastor Abela (teacher)". -- Efapololahy is a Malagasy word for a course for 40 men. Alfred Andresen was a missionary in Madagascar from 1920-1946. He married Marie 1895-?, maiden name Aarstoel, in Soegne, Norway on June 8, 1919.
