Slatt talks about how to diversify new branches of an organization. He describes how public service institutions work together to make money using government loans. He describes his own experience as a manager, and relates how his company elects and interacts with board members. Slatt talks about how to keep the board updated on weekly events and statistics. He ends the interview by discussing how co-ops work versus traditional businesses.
