Years later, this became a Fry's Electronics store. Photograph caption dated August 31, 1962 reads, "Valley crowd waits for ribbon cutting ceremonies Thursday noon to surge into Unimart at Hollywood Way and Vanowen St., a new membership shopping center. The public however, is invited to shop at the center during a ten-day opening celebration. Addressing throng is Burbank's Mayor Charles Compton."
