Description
Photograph of "A British Tommy, and a load of tar and countless other thngs are drawn by human power, not horse power. Note the shoes, if you'd call them such on lads pulling tar barrels. They are made out of used auto tires which are brought into China by the thousands, in case you ever wonder what used tires are used for."
