Description
Black and white photograph showing a boat on the river Imo in southeast Nigeria. A raffia foot-bridge can be seen in the background. The photograph has been taken from a boat, and a Nigerian man can be seen in the foreground propelling the boat with a pole. Another man bends over on the back of the boat. This photograph was pasted into one of a series of exercise book albums created by Emily Godfrey, Matron of the Ama Achara Methodist Hospital run by the Primitive Methodist Missionary Society.
