Photograph article dated October 2, 1963 partially reads, "The Lincoln Bank, a Valley owned and operated financial institution, will open their new headquarters in the Financial Center Building, 14545 Victory Blvd., Van Nuys, Thursday. The opening of the new offices will be preceded by a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. and the celebration of the event will continue through Friday, according to Martin Pollard chairman of the board of directors."
