Photograph caption dated September 17, 1958 reads, "Attempting to start blood 'insurance' program for San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, Inc., Betty Stone, left, of Colonial Realty, North Hollywood, and Frank Carnicelli of Paul White Carnahan Realty, Tarzana, donate blood at Valley Red Cross, 14717 Sherman Way. Margaret Bulger, R. N. draws blood from Carnicelli as Miss Stone awaits her turn. Miss Stone is chairman of the Realtors' Women's Division and Carnicelli is chairman of the Associate Division, both of which are sponsoring the blood 'insurance' program which can protect 2,000 Valley realtors."
