Photograph caption dated June 12, 1963 reads "At Pacoima Memorial Lutheran Hospital Saturday came baby Russell Glenn Poole, making his mother, Mrs. James O. Poole, the 10,000th patient admitted to the hospital. Poole is a construction engineer with the E. P. Jarrett Drilling Co., Sun Valley. In celebration of the 10,000th milestone, the hospital canceled all charges to the Poole family."
