Description
The Labor exchange of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is surrounded by the unemployed masses. It is depicted as the central solution with a tag-line that says, in effect, in well developed capitalistic states more than 16 million people are jobless. Signs held by the masses are written in German, English and Italian.
