Description: Letter to Charles N. Perry from F. H. McIver, secretery of the Imperial Irrigation District. In this letter, McIver provides several dodgers for Perry to choose from to be used to drum up support for the Kettner Bill. McIver instructs Perry to tell the purchasing agent to include a dodger with every purchase order and every letter sent outside of the valley if he approves of one of the dodgers.
