Photograph was edited for publication purposes.; Photograph also used for an article dated October 15, 1962, when Turner divorced Fred May.
Photograph caption dated June 23, 1961 reads, "Actress Lana Turner is pictured arriving at Santa Monica Superior Court today for hearing for her daughter, Cheryl Crane, 17, before a juvenile referee. Miss Turner is accompanied by her present husband, Fred May, and former husband, Steven Crane, rear. After closed hearing, it was announced 'everything has been worked out satisfactorily.'"
