The ocean is in the foreground and above it the night sky is filled with dark clouds and a full moon peaking through. "Made in Germany", "No. F. 215." -- printed on back.
"Venice, California. 'On the Road of a Thousand Wonders'" -- printed on back.
Handwritten manuscript on back. Postmarked from Long Beach, California on August 28, 1909.
