Adding their congratulations, from left, are Los Angeles City Councilmen Ernani Bernardi, John Cassidy, Louis Nowell (center background), Rocky Ames, representing Councilman James Potter, and Tom Shepard. Olyer was elected and installed last night at the jaycees' annual awards night at Painter's Hall, Van Nuys."
