Description: Ralston and Ruth White in a horse-drawn cart in front of the Tamalpais Land and Water Company at 130 Throckmorton Avenue. In 1910, Ralston became president of the Tamalpais Land and Water Company, which was founded by his father, Lovell White. A sign behind the horse, partially visible, reads "Tamalpais Land & Water Company, Ralston L. White. Trewavas, Lee & Co. Real Estate."
