Photograph of a catch more than 100 fish which were caught off Santa Catalina Island, strung up on wooden racks on the shore, 1905. The ocean is visible at left. A few people and two American flags flying are visible behind the racks. Part of a house is visible on the mountain slope behind.Legible signs include: "Boats for let, [...]erson Bros.". Photoprint reads "This was a common sight in Avalon".
