Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated November 13, 1963 reads "When fire Tuesday broke out in the Panorama City home of Mrs. Don Campbell, the mother hurried outside for help. Then she realized in her terror she had forgotten her baby inside. Photo shows her leaving the home at 14401 Nordhoff St. after she rushed back and carried the tot to safety. Firemen said damage was slight from the 10:30 a.m. blaze which was confined to the kitchen."
