Description: Interior view of the flour blender and sifter for Old Home and Betsy Ross Bread for Pioneer Baking Company. Flour is fed into the hopper then carried by screw conveyor through bleder and sifter. From there it goes to second floor and stored into flour bins until used in mixer.
