Description: A construction worker appears to be inside a steel reinforcement cage. This is actually the foundation for a development that is being built on the northwest corner of Sunset and Vine, in Hollywood. Several tall cement columns can be seen on the right of the photo, and The Broadway Hollywood is in the background. Photo dated: September 4, 2002.
