Photograph of an old carreta (a cart) which was used for transportation between Mexico and El Pueblo de Los Angeles (later in the County Museum) over 100 years old at the time of this picture. The rough wooden hitching pole is closest to the camera. Pictures can be seen hanging on the wall in the background. A glass exhibit case is partially visible at left. Bare light bulbs hang down on a crude chandelier from the ceiling.
