Photograph caption date stamped April 2, 1964 reads, "Joe Adcock, veteran major league first baseman, is expected to be a welcome addition to the Los Angeles Angels this year. Adcock, formerly of the Milwaukee Braves, came to the Angels in a winter trade that sent Leon Wagner to the Cleveland Indians."
