Photograph caption dated December 2, 1957 reads "Valley College students, from left, Gundi Bosch, of Germany, and Ray Fergus, from Australia, were speakers at El Camino PTA Council's meeting today at Valley college. They are shown with Dean Nena Royer, who presented welcoming address. Program was arranged by Mrs. Frank Parlapiano, council citizenship and international relations chairman, with Mrs. Clifford Bell, PTA president, presiding."
