Photograph caption dated February 14, 1962 reads, "'Operation can do' - Four members of Burbank's 2nd Medium Tank Battalion, 40th Armored Division, man equipment during 'Operation Can Do' Tuesday night, a practice alert of all California National Guard units. In foreground are Capt. N. K. Sulflow, left, San Fernando, and S/Sgt. Roland Tockstein, North Hollywood. In back are PFC Bill Bergh, left, North Hollywood, and PFC Mark Figueroa, Los Angeles. Units in San Fernando and Van Nuys were also affected during the four-hour alert."
