Description: Black chiffon dress with bubble skirt. Label: "Mignon designed by Dorothy Farbo." Dress is seamed at waist. Bodice has oval neckline (off shoulder) and long sleeves finished by satin cuffs. Bodice fabric is a heavier fabric. Bubble skirt is of chiffon. Underskirt is of satin black crepe. Satin band around bottom of skirt is 34" around. Dress closes in back with nylon invisible zipper. Sateen belt is 2" wide.
